What sits in this case

Tags and barcodes

Print tags with weights and design code. Scan with a phone camera or a barcode reader.

Live location

Vault, trays, salon cases, counters, approval, karigar and hallmarking centre, each move logged with a name and time.

Certificates and HUID

IGI, GIA and SGL certificate numbers for stones, and HUID for hallmarked gold, attached to the piece.

Fast stock counts

Count a tray or the whole vault by scanning. Variances show at once, with the last person who moved the piece.

Approval memos

Pieces sent to a client on approval are tracked until bought or returned, with a reminder if overdue.

Transfers between showrooms

Move pieces between branches with a transfer note, in transit until received.

Piece Vault, answered

Can we use our existing tags?

Yes. We import your current tag numbers so pieces already on display do not need retagging.

Does it support RFID?

Barcode and QR scanning work out of the box. RFID readers can be connected on the 24K plan.

How are watches handled?

Watches carry serial numbers, warranty dates and service history instead of metal weights.

The salon is closing. One case is still lit.
